Ralph brings deep expertise in traditional finance and Web3 innovation. He co-led the development of Bench.ch, a digital 3a pension app, and served as president of the Pillar Project Foundation, pioneering smart wallets and account abstraction. With a strong background in math and DeFi, he advocates for sovereign savings through transparent, programmable infrastructure.

Christian is a fintech strategist with over 18 years of experience in asset management, digital savings, and venture building. At Brick Towers, he drives product vision, institutional partnerships, and ecosystem growth. Previously, he co-founded an AI startup and a FINMA-regulated asset manager, and led innovation projects at Leonteq, shaping the Swiss pension tech landscape.
CTO
Sergey is a seasoned full-stack engineer and protocol builder with a focus on secure, scalable cloud systems. At Brick Towers, he leads architecture, smart contract development, and staking automation. With prior experience at Digital Asset, Leonteq and Swiss Re, Sergey specializes in DevSecOps, distributed systems, and cryptographic infrastructure.
CISO
Imants is a veteran software architect with 20+ years of experience in high-performance, secure systems. He leads infrastructure and security at Brick Towers, drawing on deep expertise in Scala, blockchain, and Cardano smart contracts. Prior roles include Noumena and Leonteq, where he built platforms for financial automation and enterprise blockchain.

Christian is a leading researcher in blockchain consensus and zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs. He has been key in advancing Cardano’s consensus mechanism at IOG, focusing on scalability and privacy-enhancing blockchain solutions. Christian helps Brick Towers to shape the next-generation cooperative bank urble from a blockchain security and application perspective.
Digital Assets & Research
Demelza is an economist and researcher specializing in cryptocurrencies and digital assets, as well as a Portfolio Manager at Zeltner & Co. She previously led the research team at Cointelegraph and has been recognized in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Finance. With a PhD specializing in crypto finance, Demelza advises Brick Towers on the intersection of Bitcoin, monetary economics, and wealth preservation.
FinTech & Banking Innovation
Matthias co-founded Fidor Bank, one of the earliest digital-first banks integrating cryptocurrencies. His strategic leadership in banking innovation and financial technology helps Brick Towers shape its go-to-market strategies, as well as customer engagement and retention.
Bitcoin & Lightning Network
A pioneer and renowned expert in Bitcoin core and Lightning Network development, Christian has played a pivotal role in scaling Bitcoin’s infrastructure. As one of the world’s foremost blockchain engineers at Blockstream, his expertise supports Brick Towers in leveraging Bitcoin’s full technological potential.
